SaveClip is a free online tool that allows users to download publicly available videos from social media platforms for personal, non-commercial use. The Service acts as a technical tool and does not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content permanently.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of the originating platform.
  • You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have explicit permission from the content owner.
  • You must not use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

SaveClip does not claim ownership of any content downloaded through the Service. All content remains the property of its respective owners. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

5. Ephemeral Storage

Downloaded files are temporarily stored on our servers and are automatically deleted within 1 hour. We do not permanently host or archive any downloaded content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SaveClip shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
